Twilight is about that great time of the evening. You might have finsihed work, there's still time to do some things and enjoy yourself. The birds are singing in the trees, there's a buzz in the air. Twilight started as a piano piece I recorded at Bakehouse Studio with Callum Barter.

Then Jeremy and I added the drums, the keyboard bass and vibraphone from his keyboard, which I played. Then I arranged for Greg and Stuart to play sax and trumpet, which they did a wonderful job of. I played in a Big Band with Steele, and he came along and capped the whole thing off beautifully with his trombone playing. The sounds at the start, of traffic in the background and birds, were recorded through Jeremy's open window in his upstairs apartment.
